How do I link my telephone to a public telephone number so that when somebody calls my public number, my telephone rings?

This can be accomplished very easily. Please follow the instructions below:


1. Login to your Press 8 Communications Control Panel.

2. Select the Public Numbers option from the Features navigation menu.





3. Select the public telephone number you would like to manage.




4. The simplest option is to simply choose a Telephone you would like the public number to ring when it is called.






5. Click on Save. You're finished!
